PAYMENT INFO

For clients paying dollars we recommend using Paypal (https://paypal.me/UMoveMarketing), Venmo (@UMoveDancesport), Zelle (platt1398@gmail.com), CashApp ($UMoveDancesport).

For clients paying in euros we recommend using https://www.paypal.me/mariusmutin

If you are paying cash at the event, please pay PRIOR to the competition (your pre-order is booked and spot is secured only once your payment is confirmed).

Files are sent by e-mail within 7-21 days after the end of the event. We try our best to have it delivered to you as soon as possible! Files are transferred using WeTransfer or Google Drive, for no quality loss.

Any missing pre-order will be refunded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Marius Mutin & UMove Dancesport to capture your dance performance. We strive to provide the best possible footage, but please be aware that in live event settings, there may be instances where ideal angles or unobstructed views of the subject are not always attainable due to the dynamic nature of the environment.

In the event that capturing a full, uninterrupted dance becomes challenging due to unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to delivering footage that meets or exceeds the agreed-upon duration. This will be achieved by providing a compilation of appropriately timed clips that, when combined, will match the length of a full dance.

Additionally, please note the following terms regarding the use and distribution of the footage:

• Files can be cropped, retouched, and cut for personal publications, posts, and reels.

• No collaboration can be made on reels or other projects with third parties, such as sponsors, unless a Commercial Use License has been purchased by them. Collaboration with the dance partner is permitted.

• Mention of sponsors and third parties in the descriptions of the published material is allowed.

In case of publication, please ensure that the following mention appears:

• For photo/video credit: "Media📷🎥 @mariusmutin & @umovedancesport"

• For filming and editing credit: "Filming and Editing 🎥💻 @mariusmutin & @umovedancesport"

Terms of the Personal Use License & Commercial Use License

• Personnel Use License:

Photographer or videographer ("Content Provider") grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) or video(s) (collectively, "Media,") subject to the following restrictions:

1. This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising. The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.

2. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the Content Provider.

• Commercial Use License:

What you can do:
Photographer or videographer ("Content Provider") grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) or video(s) (collectively, "Media,") for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

1. advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging

2. as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes (maximum 800x600 pixels) use

3. prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)

4. prints, posters, or other commercial display of Media

5. magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications

6. video, broadcast, theatrical

What you may not do:
Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from Content Provider. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Media may not be made available for download.

Content Provider retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms. Our aim is to ensure you receive high-quality footage that showcases your talent and performance to the best of our ability.
